Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, with the exception of Israel due to Malaysia not having diplomatic relations with Israel. However, we have an alternative delivery method for customers in Israel. We will ship your package to Singapore and transfer it to Israel using SingPost, with an additional shipping fee charged. Alternatively, you may use the shipping address of a friend, family member, or relative in a different country, and we will be happy to ship your order to that address. They can then deliver the order to your address in Israel. If you require any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us.

For domestic shipping within Malaysia, we offer free shipping on all orders over $20. For international orders, shipping rates are determined by weight and vary by region. You will be able to view your actual shipping costs during the checkout process.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the shipping details, and you can also track your order here. Please note that we require a signature upon delivery for all domestic, international, and expedited package orders. If no one is available to sign for the package, a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery will be left by the postal service, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through in obtaining the package. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or is unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fees.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we ask that you package the product in its original packaging. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend using a delivery service that provides insurance for the full value of the product.
